We are looking for experienced and results driven professional with a proven track record of successfully managing medium - large scale operations, skilled in strategic planning, process optimization and team leadership, committed to driving efficiency, productivity and profitability to join our Sydney-based team. 

Creating new things together – Your tasks in our team:

• Lead engineering department in daily operations
• Exhibit well-established expertise in formwork or closely related industries.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering team
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

WE does not work without YOU - That distinguishes you:
 

• More than 5 years of leadership experience in Engineering, preferable formwork/scaffolding or related industry
• Professional Engineering qualification
• Profound knowledge of static and dynamic calculations & AutoCAD
• Experience in developing engineering talents and motivating the team toward achieving results and driving excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
