Job Overview:
As the Enterprise Architect Manager , you will be responsible for leading the strategy for the organisation. You will play a key role in aligning our technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in all aspects of our IT landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture, team management, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
Key for this role is the influencing and ability to cohesively pull up a strategy from the existing technology leaders into a workable plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture strategy that aligns with business goals, encompassing a well-defined reference architecture.
- Define and implement end-to-end strategies that address the entire technology landscape, from conceptualization to deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Digital Transformation:
- Lead the digital transformation efforts by leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
- Ensure that digital initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and business units, to understand their needs and translate them into effective enterprise solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
- Standards and Best Practices:
- Define and enforce Enterprise Architecture standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Enterprise Architecture, with a focus on large-scale systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
