This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education and lead a team dedicated to excellence in the Technologies faculty.
As the Head of Faculty - Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing, resourcing, and facilitating high-quality academic programs within the Technologies learning area. This includes overseeing curricular activities in Design, Food, Engineering, Digital, and Industrial technologies. Your leadership will be instrumental in modernising our learning spaces and fostering the growth of cutting-edge curriculum.
What You’ll Do:
- Academic Leadership: Direct responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Technologies faculty's academic programs.
- Innovation and Modernisation: Lead initiatives to update and enhance learning environments, integrating the latest advancements in design and digital technology.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all faculty activities align with the school's Strategic Plan and directives from the Principal.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty heads and team members, particularly within the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) disciplines, to promote interdisciplinary learning and innovation.
- STEAM Centre Development: Contribute to the long-term planning and establishment of a new STEAM Centre, supporting the institution’s strategic vision for the future.
