We have an exciting new role in our Healthcare Nutrition business unit for the Head of Healthcare Nutrition Engagement to accelerate our Health care business nationally through a high performing field sales team. Our portolio covers both medical and consumer categories across the Paediatric and Adult categories - includes brands like Aptamil, Neocate , Nutrison, Flocare, FortiSip, and Souvenaid.
Reporting to the Healthcare Nutrition Director, you will lead and develop our national field and commercial excellence teams.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- To coach and develop our Regional Managers and our field teams to develop capabilities to win in the market
- Drive field force effectiveness and ensure strong uptake and engagement across all HCP channels
- Co create and deliver our annual plans and national channel strategy
- Lead the field force execution strategy together with the Regional Managers to deploy and monitor implementation
- Own and drive the Healthcare Engagement Model and work with the Healthcare Nutrition leads to ensure effective deployment of our priorities of where & how to play and how to win in the market
- Ensure the use of insights and analysis of data to shape commercial strategy, drive effectiveness of the commercial initiatives and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of our field teams
- Role model and drive a strong safety culture in your team
Ideally, you will have:
- Demonstrated commercial leadership experience within consumer healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong understanding of the Australian health care environment
- Proven and effective leadership experience. This includes both line management of experienced Regional Manager and the ability to influence without authority, in a fast-paced and complex organizational environment
- Proven experience in motivating and coaching teams
- Ability to connect and influence various local and global stakeholders
- Agile and resilient mindset. High tolerance and maturity to navigate complex matters.
