In this role, you will lead the charge in managing application and infrastructure support, maintenance, and delivery of IT projects for their Group across the APAC region.

Position Overview:
Based out of their modern Macquarie Park offices, reporting directly to the Head of IT you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals and manage various project contract resources. Your responsibilities will span from developing and executing IT strategy to ensuring the seamless functioning of their IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy.
- Foster and lead a team to high performance.
- Provide application and infrastructure support and maintenance (L1, L2, L3).
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Lead technical upgrades and oversee projects.
- Liaise with the PMO and maintain infrastructure plans.
- Drive continuous operational improvement and standards.
