Our client is a large ASX-listed corporation that manufactures high-quality products for businesses and consumers. The organisation has grown organically and through acquisition over the years and has performed exceptionally well in revenue growth and market share.

As part of the growth strategy of finance, a role has been created for a Head of Internal Audit. Reporting to the CFO & Audit Committee the candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering the annual Internal Audit plan in partnership with an outsourced audit provider
• Driving and implementing improvements in processes and controls
• Leading project work around M&A and Major Capital Projects
• Engaging, influencing and building relationships with the leadership teams as well as the Board

As the successful candidate, you will be CA/CPA/IIA qualified and either be a Senior Manager/Director from the Profession (Risk & Internal Audit) or currently be a Senior Internal Audit Manager/Director in a complex corporate looking for your next step.
