You will join a strong IT set-up, supporting locally the NEOM DSV Joint Venture and being the gatekeeper for our Global IT strategy and standards.

When joining the IT Business Services team, you will be a part of a team with high ambitions and the will to be successful.

• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Ensuring capture of business requirements and together with global delivery organisations find suitable standard solutions that will support the business
• Ensuring projects are delivered timely supporting the business demands
• Ensuring projects adhere to the DSV frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Stakeholder management of senior leaders in the Joint Venture, NEOM and in DSV
• Ensure that IT applications adhere to DSV governance and IT security including relevant documentation
• Dealing with suppliers and ensuring they are adhere to DSV governance and security
• Building and leading the team of IT professionals
• Leading with – and without authority

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably within the logistics industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, software systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

• Great leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse IT team
• Strong project / program management skills to oversee complex IT initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Experience in delivering IT solutions to the logistics and / or freight forwarding business 
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Prince2, Cisco) are advantageous.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or Computer Science, Business or Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• Deliver flexible solutions to the business based on global DSV standards
• Experience from international environments and global companies with strong focus on local adaptation of global solutions and ensuring governance processes are adhered to
• Communicate fluently in English
