… play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of Managed Services aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and architecture. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of technical professionals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Developing and continually improving policy and procedures within the Managed Services Team
• Sit and be an active member of the Executive Team reporting to the CEO.
• Oversee and improve the Service Delivery of Managed Services to a range of clients.
• Manage and deliver on team KPIs

• 3+ years' demonstrated experience in Service Management within the IT Industry.
• Customer-centric mindset, empathetically engaging with clients to achieve exceptional results.
• Creative problem-solving skills with adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
• Motivated, business-savvy professional dedicated to quality assurance and improvement.
• Self-driven, capable of project ownership with minimal supervision.

• Experience in growing a Managed Services Team
• Work history in a Managed Services company.
