About the Role
We're in search of a passionate and innovative individual to join us as the Head of Menu. Reporting to the General Manager of Supply Chain, this role is not just about creating menus; it's about leading the creative and operational development of Grill'd's food & beverages to drive growth, enhance product quality, and engineer new and existing products.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Craft menus aligned with culinary trends, dietary preferences aligning to our brand identity
- Collaborate closely with the Operational team for consistent, high-quality menu execution
- Stay aHead of industry trends, fostering a culture of culinary innovation within the team
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in all menu items which includes managing menu costs and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Supply/NPD team
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Operational team, ensuring consistent menu execution through training sessions
- Represent Grill’d’s culinary innovation at public events and support PR activities
What We Are Looking For:
- Seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in commercial cookery and new product development
- Strong operational Food & Beverage background, ideally with multi-site experience
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends and commercial cookery skills, including the ability to integrate and scale new products
- High attention to detail, resilience, and effective problem solving and project management skills
- Relationship builder capable of connecting with individuals at all levels of the organization
