We offer a monthly subscription that includes a fullrange of services: high-quality medicinal cannabis, unlimited follow upconsultations with a clinician, pharmacy dispensing and express postage.Additionally, our patients benefit from around-the-clock customer service,ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.Your RoleCollaborating with management, you’ll identify HR prioritiesand recommend solutions for organisational development, culture and change.The role will require industry specific knowledge & experience as wellas a hands-on approach to people management. As the Head of People,you’ll be tasked with not only recruiting top talent from Australiabut also from around the globe. You will develop and foster a vibrant andinclusive team culture which comprises shared values and goals. All whilstcontributing on both a strategic and operational level, shaping the makeupand future of Dispensed!Responsibilities:Driving and supporting the entire recruitment process. Leadglobal talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, recruiting andhiring to support business growth in new and existing markets.Design, implement and manage HR strategies, policies, andprocedures across all regions of operation, ensuring compliance with locallaws and industry regulations.Work with the teams to help spearhead and contribute to peopleprograms and strategies that enhance our culture, including performancemanagement, compensation, talent development & feedback, employeeengagement & retention and internal communications.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducteffective, thorough and objective investigations as needed.Provide guidance and leadership, fostering an environment ofgrowth, development and performance.Collaborate with management to understand the company’s goalsand strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.Research into possible HR alternative managementplatforms.Setting up processes for onboarding and offboarding employees.Creating employee handbooks for different regions.Acting as a line of escalation for employee complaints andissues.Defining compensation and benefit plans andstructures.Undertaking HR administrative tasks (including, but not limitedto – payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration), inparallel with HR strategic/higher level operational planning.Handle the day-to-day HR admin work in a startupenvironment.Promote a positive workplace culture.Support Safety and OHS management and compliance.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professionalcertifications is preferred.Proven experience as a HR Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in amanagement role.Strong understanding of both domestic and international HRpractices.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiationskills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environmentand navigate cultural differences.Proficiency in HR software and tools.Be an independent, self starter who is proactive and can workindependently.Share aligned values and an understanding of what type of teammembers are desired at Dispensed.Experience in a startup environment with rapid growth isdesirable, requiring the ability to provide innovative solutions andnavigate ambiguity.Have experience working from home.Please provide a cover letter withyour application outlining the reasons why you think this role would be agood fit.
