As Head of Performance Optimisation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of BEST's Operations Division through supporting the achievement of high performance across our employment services, community services, disability services and social enterprise teams. You will work with our Chief Operations Officer in leading, strategising and optimising performance and operations across the company, while ensuring effective stakeholder and relationship management.
At times, this position may require periodic travel to other BEST sites to drive and support optimum business performance.
About You:

- Strong knowledge of employment services, community services and/or disability services, and an aptitude for further knowledge diversification.
- Current Driver's Licence (Class C or above)
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker's Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
