AddressThe Head of Procurementreports to the CFO will have full accountability for developing the strategy, operating framework and team structure to deliver a centralised and integrated procurement function that will work with all business units to unlock potential and deliver real value to them indivdually and the business collectively. This is an exciting leadership role that has full autonomy to create and implement the strategy, and build a a best-in-class procurement function that’s right for now and fit for the future.
Success profile is a seasoned Head of Procurement who has led successful procurement teams in a large manufacturing, matrix style business, with accountability for spend (direct & indirect) upwards of $800m. You will be able to articulate your impressive track record of creating & implementing procurement strategies and frameworks to unlock potential & delivering long term value back to the business in-line with strategic objectives. You will consider yourself to be an effective networker and influencer with a well-developed EQ that will enable you to collaborate effectively with people across the business particularly at a senior/executive level. Most importantly you'll be passionate about procurement and palying a key role in shaping the future of your team and the business by delivering your vision of a best-in-class procurement function.
