You’ll make an impact by:
- Establish an enhanced product development function and organisational capability in line with the strategic programs. This includes oversight of the Product Development framework, leadership, and management of external contract partners, functional Profit and Loss and associated governance and reporting.
- Collaboratively lead the product development team, consisting of both direct reports and matrixed resources, as well as stakeholders to realise functional benefits.
- Develop and maintenance of a product development pipeline, oversight of discovery, assessments, validation, of product delivery, launch and transition to business-as-usual operations
- Develop and deliver product development framework reporting, key performance indicators for opportunities for organisation communications.
- What you will bring to the team:
- Strong understanding of product development, innovation frameworks and methodologies with experience leading product initiatives from discovery to delivery including assessing the product performance.
- Demonstrate an agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to organisation, planning, implementation and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary groups with the ability to motivate, engage and development high performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively through activities such as journey mapping, issues identification and resolution, brainstorming requirements gathering, and project planning.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders that delivers significant value to deliver on business outcomes.
