Your New Role
As the Head of Propositions and Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of value propositions across various channels. Your focus will be on attracting and retaining members, during both the accumulation and retirement phases.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Collaborate to create and maintain a cohesive strategy and roadmap across all channels.
- Identify market opportunities, assess competitor risks, and define value propositions to achieve growth objectives.
- Engage internal stakeholders to communicate channel strategies and gain buy-in.
- Develop the Propositions and experiences for our employers, financial advisers, unions and associations
- Execute the propositions, experiences and initiatives developed via formation of cross functional mission squads.
- Work with Brand Practice on brand positioning to drive consideration with employers, financial advisers, unions, associations and members.
- Lead a team of leaders and individual contributors with similar skills and capabilities in the delivery of services, support and expertise to the Value Streams and/or broader enterprise.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, proposition development, and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of financial services, member engagement, and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams

- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
