AddressThe Role:
Be the go to expert on tax issues and solutions for our clients while internally devising and executing the tax training & education strategy for the firm. This role requires a strategic thinker who has strong client facing skills.
The role includes working directly alongside the Partners & Directors within the business and having the final overview of all tax strategies that the business develops for clients.
The role offers the opportunity for equity at the firm as they look to expand drastically over the coming years (Aiming to increase head count by over 100 by 2030).

The firm we are working with has extensive plans for growth over the next 5 years and is hoping to double their head count by 2030.
The team is looking for a candidate that can be a strong leader during this period of growth. The firm is based in the heart of Sydney with luxury offices.
The firm is an integrated advisory firm with a strong presence in not just Accounting but also the wealth services sector.
Responsibilities:
Advising clients regarding.
- Taxation planning and optimisation
- Taxation Structuring
- General Taxation Advice
- Indirect Taxation Advice
- Help develop the internal team of client advisors
- International Taxation Structuring & Advice
- Tax consolidation
- Division 7A
- Trust taxation
- Employee Share Scheme
- Mergers and Acquisitions structuring and tax advice
- Due Diligence assistance
- Devise and execute the tax education strategy for the firm incl external training providers and in-house training and education
- Run selective intensive training on select topics on a quarterly basis
- Strong knowledge of AASB and superannuation a plus
