• Provide strategic thought leadership to the Portfolio Delivery function and the QA Practice including strategy, innovation, employee value proposition, integrated operational improvement and best practice techniques tailored to Rest needs.
• Autonomy, influence and complexity of role is commensurate with level 6 SIFA.
• Design and oversee quality of QA services, responsible for achieving key performance targets and practice objectives related to change planning and execution, stakeholder satisfaction and capability maturity.
• Develop and manage the QA capability maturity roadmap and responsibility for the QA frameworks including processes, policies, exemption management, tools, competencies and knowledge management.
• Strategic resource management including workforce planning for future skill requirements, talent acquisition, managing an optimal balance of permanent and contingent resources to develop IP, engagement, performance whilst minimize cost and risk.
• People leadership and development, role model the Rest values and drive employee engagement across the DTD and broader Rest teams.
• Work with our key internal and external partners to provide safe, efficient and effective QA services, proactively manage our key PD stakeholder relationships.
• Provide proactive business unit management support to the GM Portfolio Delivery
• Drive test automation maturity at Rest

QualificationsAbout You:

• Tertiary qualifications in technology, project management or relevant business discipline
• Formal QA certifications
• Demonstrated QA Practice management and leadership experience preferably in financial services industry
• Demonstrated expertise in QA or other technology or project management related discipline including DevSecOps, agile and waterfall delivery approaches
• Business skills and knowledge commensurate with SIFA level 6 including executive leadership influence.
