THE OPPORTUNITY

Support the achievement of Camp Australia’s goals through ownership of Relationship Management function. The role of the Head of Relationship Management is critical to the effective development and maintenance of Relationships with Partner schools, communities and Industry associations.

Develop and embed Relationship Management plans and practices that deliver tangible business impact and outcomes. 

Lead a geographically dispersed team of Relationship Managers creating and driving pragmatic Account Management and practices that produce commercial returns –  responsible for the overachievement of quarterly and annual recontracting targets and leading the team in driving profitable long term partnerships and revenue.

Leverage the insights from data - review and analyse sales and operational records and reports and use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identifies potential new opportunities.

You have a demonstrated record on delivering on the strategic growth agenda across all stakeholder groups, holding high expectations for results that matter, and encouraging, supporting and holding the team accountable for delivery

You understand complexities and nuances of the organisations' stakeholder groups, and will embrace their diverse idiosyncratic communities aligning CA to support those.

You understand the value of connection and will meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key changes in the direction or demographics of our partnerships.

You are collaborative and able effectively manage the commercial side of our relationship whilst supporting our Service Delivery team's operations with insight and feedback to secure the recontracting of existing partnerships, and establish new product opportunities in those partnerships.

You will work collaboratively with all areas of the business to deliver the retention objectives at a service and financial level however demonstrate commercial acumen by consciously evaluating the health of our portfolio and determining the right decision for the business.
