What this opportunity involves:This role will contribute to positive financial and market outcomes for JLL by leading our NSW retail portfolio to ensure our teams are engaged and our client relationships are of a high standard. You will report directly to the Head of PAM– NSW and work closely with the National Head of Retail and broader state counterparts according to their portfolio. The portfolio of NSW assets under management is circa 40 shopping centres and 60 employees.
You will deliver consistent and superior outcomes for our clients with a heavy focus on people leadership. Alongside this you will support new business strategies, maximise lease and rental negotiations, provide timely and accurate reporting and deliver budgeted revenue. There is strong expectation of the role being client and people focused to confirm we provide a superior level of engagement with our clients and teams and to ensure we maintain our current assets under management during upcoming renewals.
Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for:Most important will be superior personality traits – You must be a people person as there will be loads of different stakeholders, tenants, and clients that you’ll interact with on a daily basis as well as our onsite teams. You will demonstrate solid leadership experience and show that you can champion new and better ways of doing things ‘on the ground’. You always lead by example and can make suggestions for solutions that resolve and improve operations.
Effective communication skills will be critical to your success, and you work well in a fast-paced environment. You love providing training and support to others and can also assist in the preparation of pitches to win new business. You’ll direct your team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, business plans, and segment reports, ensuring well informed recommendations to clients on all commercial matters.
