Jenner & Co is pleased to be retained by a growing retail organisation here in Sydney to source their new Head ofSales Operations & Domestic Supply Chain.
To be considered for this role, you must have full working rights for Australia.
This is not your typical Supply Chain role, and does require someone with the ability to develop the sales operational process, that drives the Supply Chain requirements, as well as the direct Supply Chain experience.
Hybrid working available - Yes 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home
Key Responsibility: Manage End to End Sales Order Process (Quote to Delivery)
Role Requirements:
- Define and manage key processes in NetSuite:
- Quote Generation.
- Conversion to Sales Order (incl. payment allocation).
- Optimise Allocation of Inventory against Sales Orders.
- Delivery Allocation and completion.
- Returns.
- Manage 3rd party logistics providers (against agreed KPI’s):
- 3PL warehouse, Local Freight (Delivery Providers).
- Manage Customer Support Teams (Internal & 3PL).
- Delivery Confirmation.
- Implement and maintain technology solutions to automate and optimize Sales Operations and Domestic Supply Chain operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Develop and implement training programs for the business to support the end-to-end sales processes.
