This well-known and elevated venue is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to help lift it to Hatted Status. It has an incredible menu coupled with a fleet of chefs who are extremely passionate about the culinary industry and providing the best possible quality and experience to its customers.
The Role
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and finishing products professionally and efficiently. Also, you will manage the team, oversee the daily production within the pastry section and have a hand in menu creation and costings.
Skills & Experience
- Have a love for all things pastry and baking!
- Formal Pastry Chef qualifications.
- Similar experience in a Hatted or elevated Venue.
- Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
- Be able to lead by example and promote a positive workplace culture.
