We are looking for someone who is responsible and ready for the next step in the role of onsite installing to take control of our onsite process.
We want you to be on the tools but also managing the team who is onsite with you, managing the deliveries of joinery, installing and completing the job including defects. You will learn to effectively work with our warehouse to ensure you have what you need to complete a perfect job every time!

RMW Joinery is a well-established joinery company based in Peakhurst, Sydney. RMW Joinery has been owned and operating for 12 years with our director, who takes pride in delivering quality joinery.
We specialize in custom joinery predominantly in the commercial space. RMW Joinery also work within the residential, hospitality & retail space.
What you need:
- 3 years minimum onsite experience
- Valid driver's license
- Qualification in Shopfitting/Cabinet Making
- White card
- Must have own tools for installing
- Problem Solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong work ethic & positive attitude
- Must be reliable and respectful
Duties Includes:
- Ensure site is running smoothly and effectively
- Ensure communication is always open with the factory to ensure smooth completion and assist in working through onsite issues and determining courses of action
- Time management onsite and working effectively
- Ability to read detailed plans
- Installing joinery items onsite to a high standard
- Install all joinery items according to written and/or verbal instructions
- Ability to complete defect lists
