AddressThis company is well established in the NSW housing market for new homes. They have new home projects across NSW.
They build 300 homes a year across the state and have an established team in their head office in Sydney to assist the site staff. They are looking for a supervisor to oversee homes from Nowra to Tuross Head. Administration support from the head office will be provided.
Further office support with estimating, drafting/design and customer service teams in place to assist with the day to day tasks and problem solving.
The role:
- Managing multiple sites (~ 30 homes) of single and double story homes
- Managing the civil groundworks to completion/handover
- Coordinate, program and schedule jobs, trades and materials
- Oversee site staff and liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters..)
- Solve design and construction issues that arise on site
- Report to the Construction Manager of the Newcastle office
- Communicate with clients regularly
- Experience on new-built homes
- Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on site
- Experience working across more than one housing job site
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
- A drivers license and white card
- Some experience in the civil side of projects
- Computer literacy required
