NOMAD Melbourne opened in November 2021 to rave reviews. We believe some of the world's finest produce is grown here in Australia, even more so in Greater Victoria. We source produce from local growers who share that same belief. Our food is inspired by our travels through Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East and is cooked with fire and smoke. Our beverage program champions the finest produce from Australia and the best wine regions worldwide.

The opportunity
Head Sommelier
You will bring
- Experience in leading a wine program at a similar level of venue
- Experience in managing junior team members to deliver high standards and excellence in beverage service
- WSET Diploma or CMS Advanced preferred but not essential
- Experience in stock ordering and management, invoice processing, POS programming, beverage list reprinting
- An understanding of beverage COGS
- A commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry in general
- Ability to work within a wider management team to drive the overall success of the venue
