Our clinician will conduct clinical assessments and provide care plans for Mental Health-related issues for headspace Emerald young people. These care plans will be created using evidence based early/brief intervention therapy, including group interventions. What will a typical day look like? Monitor and conduct young people’s focused clinical assessment on headspace Emerald’s young people and ascertain care plan of required needs. Deliver evidence based early/brief intervention therapy, including group interventions and problem solving with young people and their families.
