In this role, you'll be a vital part of our safety team, providing expert advice and guidance to clients over the phone. You'll use your strong understanding of WHS regulations and your outstanding communication skills to:
- Deliver phone consultations on a variety of H&S topics, tailoring your advice to each client's specific needs.
- Create WHS Documentation that can include SWMS's, SOPs to ensure your client is compliant.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HSE regulations and industry trends.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all client interactions.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Work, Health & Safety (WHS) role.
- Cert IV in WHS coupled with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- The ability to explain complex regulations in a clear and concise way.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
