Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to put your health promotion knowledge and experience into practice. You will play a key role in executing SCHHS's Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Support the implementation of the health, safety and Wellbeing initiatives, strategies, and programs that support the delivery of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy 2023-2026
* Promote and assist in the delivery of workplace wellbeing programs to meet the deliverables of the SCHHS Wellbeing Framework, including facilitating engagement of the Wellbeing Ambassador Network.
* Provide advice, assistance and support to managers and supervisors to allow them to achieve their responsibilities under the Managing the risks to psychosocial hazards code of practice 2022 (Qld)
* Assist in the promotion, administration and analysis of the annual employee psychosocial safety survey.
Remuneration value up to $110 852 p.a., comprising salary between $88 187 - $97 157 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
