SalaryPart time, Health and Wellbeing Coaching & education position available for an experienced practitioner, a graduate or a final year Health Science student. Hours will average up to 25 hours per week.
Health by Design (HBD) assists a variety of corporate clients, both at client sites and virtually. We are an industry leader in providing award winning workplace health, wellness and risk reduction solutions to a diverse range of clients on an international scale (our program achieved the 2022 C. Everett Koop Award - at HBD client DENSO; this award is regarded as the most prestigious Workplace Health Award globally).

Due to recent client contracts, HBD is excited to offer a part time position within our team. Training will be provided along with on-going support and development. Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
• Motivate, mentor and support individuals to achieve and sustain set Health and injury prevention goals.
• Delivery of Health Assessments, Body Mechanics training and various Health and Injury Prevention services. Overnight travel may be required when servicing regional clients.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader national operations team. Necessary qualification, skills and attributes include:
• Degree in Exercise Physiology or Health Science (final year students may apply).
• Exceptional communication and people skills - a must!
• Confidence working with groups of blue-collar and white-collar clients.
• Confidence in using computer programs.
• Passion for Health and injury prevention.
• Passion for helping individuals to achieve improved health outcomes.
• Driver’s license and current First Aid / CPR certification are required.
