Health Professional - Aged Care Assessment Team


  This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 31/08/2024, with the possibility of extension(s).

Position Profile:  Provide direct clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive assessments for eligible clients of the Kimberley Aged and Community Service (KACS). Support all KACS programs for the Kimberley to ensure optimal clinical support and community care.
