Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Health Professional Aged Care Assessment Team.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, provide direct clinical and processional expertise to ensure comprehensive assessments for eligible clients of the Aged Care programs. Provide consultancy advice and support for all ACCS programs to ensure optimal clinical support and community care.
