PTA 4 | $89,586 pa (plus 11% superannuation) pro rata

About the Role

The Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing Team at CFA seek to deliver state-wide Health Services programs to CFA, which aim to ensure an injury resilient organisation with positive long-term health outcomes.

Working alongside the Health Services Manager the part time Health Promotions Coordinator will coordinate a range of activities and projects which contribute to the delivery of Health Services programs across numerous CFA locations.

This parental leave backfill position is involved in project management, developing the strategic plan for new and existing programs and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the programs. To ensure high standards of delivery the role will regularly engage with program stakeholders and manage staff training.

Please note, there may be options for an extension and job-share arrangement at the completion of the fixed term contract.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in policy and program development in a health-related discipline. With knowledge of contemporary Health Promotion programs, you will demonstrate project management expertise with experience leading projects which deliver successful Health Services programs. Additional requirements include a qualification in Allied Health, Health Promotion or similar.

Please note this role may occasionally require intermittent travel within Victoria and some afterhours work. The ability to undertake work at varying hours, including weekends, mornings and evenings is required.
