As part of their commitment to developing and improving Health & Safety, they are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate with local Managers and employees to increase safety awareness and adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local management and employees to develop and enhance safety awareness.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Take the lead in health and safety incident investigations, offering vital support to the business, identifying corrective measures, and contributing to long-term solutions.
- Provide Health & safety related training and guidance to all stakeholders.
- Possess formal Health & Safety qualifications (min. Cert IV)
- Have previous experience in a safety role, and a solid understanding of H&S legislation.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Hold a current driver's license and be able to travel regularly 3-4 days per week.
