They have projects secured through the end of 2024 including numerous childcare, medical, industrial, multi-storey and fuel station projects and are looking to expand their current team to meet these demands.
This company has multiple projects across Metro Melbourne so they're looking for a Safety Representative to work closely with OHS Labourers and Operations Manager.
THE ROLE
- Roaming role across Metro Melbourne. You will need your own vehicle and be prepared to travel. You will be expected to cover anywhere up to 3 sites at any given time.
- Estimated 70/30 split between Safety tasks and assisting with hands on tasks on site
- You will have OHS Labourers reporting to you on different sites
- You will report up to the Operations Manager and work closely with tehm on a day-to-day basis
- Safety Walks, Audits, WorkSafe notifications, toolboxes
- MUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industry
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
- Additional tickets including Traffic, First Aid, EWP, Spotters will all be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on/can do attitude
- $120-130K package (Base + Super + Car allowance)
- Progression to an off-tools role eventually based on performance
- Work with a well-nowned Tier 3 Commercial builder
