Role: Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner
Salary: Casual rates $68-$71 P/HR
Contract role with potential for full time ongoing employment
Monday to Friday office hours
Darwin based role
The successful candidate will partner with and provide specialist support to senior management and staff to drive positive SHW outcomes and develop a high performing SHW culture.
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of professional occupational health and safety advice and support to the organisation in the following areas:
- Development and review of Policies and Procedures including consultation with stakeholders
- Delivering WHS Training
- Reporting on WHS Trends
- Support and guidance to WHS Committee
- Embed WHS into the organisational culture.
You will also have proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels within organisations.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Work Health and Safety, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline with relevant experience to be equivalent.
- Three Years experience in a similar role
- Experience in delivering effective training programs.
- NT Drivers licence
