Health & Safety Coordinator - High Rise

The Company:

Leading Australian commercial developer and builder operating across the Class 2 Residential space - High Rise, High Density Apartments . This company has grown measurably over the past few years and continue to do so, priding themselves on the fantastic working environment they offer.

The role will be roaming based. Monday - Friday with some Saturday work. 
North/West Sydney Based 
  
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
• Ensure legislation is adhered to
• Provide training & advise to team members and subcontractors
• Conduct reviews and risk analysis
• Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Incident investigation and reporting 

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S 
• 2+ years in a HSE role within in the construction industry
• Previous experience working for a Commercial High Rise - High Density 
• Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
• Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
