About The Role
The HST Administrator will support our Vickery Open Cut Operations by providing vital administration support to our Health, Safety & Training team.
Due to the high volume of internal stakeholder engagement required to perform these duties, this role will be required to be on site.
What You’ll Do
- Perform various administration duties using a high level of professionalism.
- Perform a high level of data entry into various databases daily
- Organise and provide administrative support for meetings such as minute taking and distribution
- Maintain various registers and reports including producing statistics against a variety of data metrics
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as an Administrator in coal mining, construction, manufacturing or other relevant industry office (desired)
- Experience using Pulse MMS or other Safety systems
- Plant Clerical experience (desired)
- A general understanding of safety and engineering concepts
