About the Role
The Health, Safety &Wellbeing Project & Reporting Advisor position at Swinburne University of Technology (SUT) within the People & Culture department is responsible for providing project and administrative support to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) team. Reporting to the HS&W Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure a high level of service delivery.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Health, Safety & Wellbeing and project management in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in process mapping and knowledge or experience using lean/ six sigma methodology
- Advanced technical skills and experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Visio and experience and skills in web content management and HS&W system administration
Qualifications
- Extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields
