OrganisationZenergy are partnering with a well-known Australian vertical supply chain organisation who are based in regional NSW. They require this person to relocate and will provide a relocation package. This organisation delivers meat solutions both domestically in Australia and internationally. They are a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry suppling well known organisations such as McDonalds and Aldi.Position
Safety Projects Advisor, a newly created role reporting to the Safety Manager. This role will support on multiple projects in construction and solar driving safety culture across the workforce. This role will also influence and advise team members on all matter's health and safety, along with promoting the identification of workplace hazards, risks and risk controls. You will also be responsible for inspections, risk assessments and investigations.Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Work, Health & Safety.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide advice, coach and mentor.
• Experience working with multiple projects.
