Overview:
Join our innovative team as an Health Services Operations Manager! We’re looking for a forward-thinking individual who can steer our online pharmacy towards greater efficiency and market success. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Business Operations and a passion for the evolving digital health landscape.
Pharmacy and Dispensing experience not required, training will be provided to provided to the right candidate. We are seeking someone primarily with strong Business Operations skills.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the operations of our online pharmacy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Drive business growth and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Oversee the integration and performance of e-commerce and telehealth technologies.
- Develop and implement business strategies in line with evolving digital health trends.
- Lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare regulations from a business perspective.
- Collaborate with tech teams to enhance platform functionality and user engagement.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving business success in a digital environment.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in digital health, telemedicine, or a related innovative healthcare service.
- Experience in adapting business models to fit digital and remote service delivery.
- Knowledge of the Australian healthcare sector, with emphasis on digital health trends and compliance
- Proven experience in managing online or e-commerce businesses, preferably in health-related sectors
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
