About the role
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining contemporary approaches to Enterprise Change management including change governance, leading Enterprise Change Working Groups, change advisory services and end to end change support for the TAC’s strategic culture initiatives, contributing to the achievement of the strategy and organisational purpose.
About the Team
This role will be a part of the People Experience branch within the People, Culture and Engagement division. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Experience you will be joining a supportive, collaborative and high performing team who are passionate about the work they do.
What we’re looking for
Significant experience delivering transformational change management including experience in establishing and maintaining change governance
Demonstrated experience delivering transformational change management in large, cross-functional, complex environments with high volumes of stakeholders
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and an ability to draw conclusions and insights from data
A critical thinker and natural collaborator with the ability to connect the dots and identify solutions
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels
