You will be responsible for managing medical booking requests. You will also facilitate paperwork in preparation of appointments, responding to client queries, invoicing processes and reporting.
What are my accountabilities?
- Manage and resolve Medical Services emails and calls and action tickets
- Manage queries regarding assessments and bookings
- Speak with clients, candidates and providers to co-ordinate clinic assessments
- Update case notes and ensure correct referral paperwork is sent t
About you:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Motivated by helping people
- Great attention to detail and being organised
