It involves engaging with stakeholders and project teams to implement strategies and programs, focusing on evidence-based approaches and effective communication.Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Support leadership teams in all regions with Health and Wellbeing risk management, reporting and Health and Wellbeing change activities.
- Support Health and Wellbeing deliverables, including workplace support, reporting governance, incident management, Complex Workers Compensation cases, compliance assurance and risk mitigation.
- Engage local stakeholders to identify emerging Health and Wellbeing resourcing needs and feed into Operations Delivery planning activities.
- Support project teams to deliver high quality Health and Wellbeing outcomes.
- Drive uptake of Wellbeing Ambassadors, Thrive and Psychosocial Risk Controls.
- To support Occupational Hygiene and Health Surveillance programs.
- Delivery against personal and team goals and Aurecon’s HSE evolution plans.
- Tertiary level qualification in Health and Wellbeing management or related field, including Psychology, Science, or Health.
- Experience implementing workplace mental health and wellbeing programs specifically focused on risk-based approach.
- Desirable experience in Occupational Health and Safety and Return-to-Work coordination
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, systems, and processes.
- Demonstrate an understanding of psychosocial risk factors and their impact on employee wellbeing, in relation to consulting and engineering services.
- An engaging human-centred approach from which to grow relationships with a range of stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional team success.
- Sound understanding of return-to-work plans, early intervention, and injury management.
