We are looking for a freelancer with a passion for innovation and transformation to collaborate on a Global Customer Centricity Project to join us as a HEALTHCARE CONSULTANT, based in Melbourne, Australia with hybrid working model.
What you’ll do in a nutshell
We are carrying out a 9-month* global project for a prominent pharmaceutical company with the aim of implementing a “customer-centric” approach, allowing them to introduce a new innovative engagement model.
*The length of the project can vary depending on the starting dates, as well as the deployment itself.
We are looking for a native freelancer in Melbourne, Australia to work with local teams.
- Guided research: identification of key information about the functioning of the country’s health system, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Co-facilitation: support and collection of insights during workshops and meetings with industry teams and healthcare professionals.
- Synthesis: work on the information gathered during the project for the generation of insights reports aligned with the cross-cutting strategy and vision.
Note:
- Initial expected date: September 2024.
- Expected hours will be planned and monitored accordingly based on client’s needs and schedule.
- This is a Canada-based project, while some of the work will be completed remotely, compensation for travel and expenses will only cover travel within Melbourne for meetings with the client or Opinno team.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare consultancy
- Specific knowledge of the healthcare system in Canada
- Knowledge on internal operativity and structure of pharmaceutical companies
- Critical thinking
- Communication skills
- Experience with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking and Agile) & workshops co-facilitation
- Native English
