Callcorr Equipment Hire’s Heavy Haulage team specialise in the mobilisation of heavy earthmoving equipment across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy HaulageTruck Driver to join our team.
The Role:
- Transporting machinery and equipment utilising our fleet of low loaders, step decks and road trains.
- Conducting pre-starts & general maintenance on trucks.
- Load restraint and manual handling.
- Completing all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Local & interstate travel in a timely and safe manner.
- Following all OH&S regulations.
- Ensuring a strong customer-service level is provided to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Multi-Combination (MC) Driver’s licence.
- Heavy Haulage experience with equipment is highly desired – however all experience with prime movers will be taken into consideration.
- Mechanical knowledge of prime movers and trailers.
- Be available to transport interstate when/if required is highly desired.
- Knowledge of state regulations and requirements an advantage.
- Reliability and flexibility for on call/casual shifts.
- Initiative and motivated work ethics.
- Proven commitment to safety in the workplace.
