About the role
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, our Heavy Vehicle Fitters will be responsible for ensuring the mobile plant runs safely, productively and efficiently.
You will carry out quality service and preventative maintenance to the fleet as well as perform a high level of breakdown support to our operation.
About You
- Trade qualifications - Heavy Diesel (upgrade opportunities available)
- Preferably 2 years’ post trade experience working in heavy machinery, agriculture, civil, construction or mining environment
- Experience on Underground Hardrock equipment - boggers, drills, jumbos (Highly Desirable)
- High standard of work quality

The Operation
Tritton Copper Operations is a long life copper operation located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales that commenced production in 2005. One hundred percent owned and operated by Aeris Resources, Tritton forms the cornerstone of Aeris copper production.
Tritton comprises an underground mining complex feeding a 1.8 million tonne per annum conventional processing plant. Copper concentrate produced at the operation is railed to the Port of Newcastle for export to customers internationally. The current mine plan for Tritton extends to FY2030.
