Role Description:

As a Heavy or Light Vehicle Technician, you will perform diagnostic and repair work, including scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to Heavy Vehicle trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and repair of a wide range of American, Japanese and European Heavy Vehicle trucks
• Follow detailed factory repair and diagnostic procedures
• Provide expert advice in vehicle diagnosis and repairs
• Communicate with customers, service advisors and technicians during express assessments
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Experience with European, American or Japanese truck brands will be highly regarded

About you:

• Heavy or Light vehicle qualification is required
• Manual car license
• HR license is preferred
• Ability to work unsupervised and also work well in a team environment
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions based on customer needs
• Strong customer service focus
