- Process payments and conduct account reconciliation in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Collate and reconcile management reports as required, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Manage enquiries from customers and brokers within the network, offering exceptional customer service and resolving queries promptly and effectively.
- Reconcile and report on debtor management, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding payments.
- Acquire knowledge in processing systems to efficiently support enquiries from the network, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Support the operational team with additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the department.
- Proven experience in financial administration, account reconciliation, and customer service roles.
- Experience in an insurance brokerage is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
