Heavy Vehicle/Plant Mechanic

Makekadi Mining Services is a privately owned civil construction and haulage company based in Young NSW & Darwin NT. We are currently recruiting Ideally Heavy Vehicle/Plant Fitters.
To be successful for these positions you will need to be located within the Darwin NT area or be willing to work in remote area's , may also be required to travel to and from site locations in NT & NSW
Our plant consists of a range of Caterpillar equipment including but not limited to Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Scrapers plus more.Duties will include but are not limited to:
General mechanical repairs and maintenance
Scheduled servicing
Fault finding and diagnosing
Completion of paperwork including service and maintenance reporting
Rebuilds and component changeouts at timesYou must hold the following:
Certificate of Proficiency
White card
Drivers license (Current)On offer is an excellent salary package and company vehicle for the successful candidates.Medicals including drug and alcohol testing will be required to be completed prior to commencing.
