About the roleYour future role We have several opportunities available for **Help Desk Technicians to join our team and play a critical role in the maintenance of the V/Line fleet. Based at the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) we share with V/Line at Bourke Street, ** Melbourne you will participate in a shift roster to provide 24/7 technical support to the V/Line fleet controllers, drivers and conductors, to minimise the delay of a fault while the train is being prepared, in service or stabled.

Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams
