Sash Masters Carpentry & Joinery is looking for an experienced carpenter/Joiner to join our team!
This position will be contracted to begin with and made permanent/full time to the right candidate. We are after someone who is reliable and trustworthy, takes pride in their work and works well in a team environment as well as a willingness to learn.

CARPENTER/JOINER WITH TIMBER WINDOW AND DOOR EXPERIENCE!
As part of the team, you will be working directly with our director. You will be required to work without supervision and direct trades assistants to conduct restoration of timber windows & doors. This role is ideal for hard working people who are looking for long term employment and opportunities to learn and grow within the business and potential for job progression or even taking on projects of their own.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working in a group to complete large scale projects.
- Operating and daily running of work sites.
- Workshop based joinery, Glazing and painting.
- Site based joinery, Glazing and painting.
- Taking responsibility for the work being conducted.
- Achieving completion of projects on time and on budget.
Skills & Experience
- Must have 3 years experience in Carpentry/joinery
- Must have some experience with heritage work
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Provide high quality detailed work
- Able to priorities workloads in line with Staff/others’ deliverables, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to always work independently and as part of a team professionally
- Demonstrate a hard work ethic and willingness to learn to learn
- Ability to take instructions and complete daily tasks required
- Must have own tools and vehicle
- Attention to detail and proud of their work

- Expected salary: $45 - $65 per hour
