AddressROUSSOS is on the hunt for an experienced Residential Architect to join a renowned Adelaide based studio. Located on the southern outskirts of the CBD this opportunity presents a team with a great reputation and clear dedication to excellence. You will be collaborating with passionate individuals who share aligning commitment to innovative project approaches and designs, across high-End Residential, multi-residential, and some commercial projects.
The Role
This Studio is seeking a passionate Residential Architect who can lead a design team across all stages of the project lifecycle, while independently balancing small-scale projects. You will have proven experience and confidence in building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to not only work through current projects, but to pursue other new and diverse projects. This team prides themselves on delivering solutions that exceed expectations and leave a lasting impact on communities.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful for this opportunity, you will be a Registered Architect with 5 - 7 years’ experience in Australian Architecture. We are seeking a confident team leader who shows strength in preparing reports, communication material and presentation within residential and commercial projects. Proficiency using Revit will be essential, in addition to the ability to produce high-quality documentation drawings with accuracy and clarity.
